This Privacy Policy (this "Policy") explains how AcmeUp Inc. ("AcmeUp", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our application Privacy AI, as well as when you interact with us.

Privacy AI is a privacy-first conversational platform that runs locally on your device or connects to your self-hosted servers. It enables private, intelligent tasks, local automation, document processing, and interaction with external tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Privacy AI also enables integration with third-party APIs. These services are configured by users, and data exchanged with those services flows directly between your device and the remote third-party servers. We do not operate proxy servers or relay traffic, and we do not collect or store any of the exchanged data.
Privacy AI is designed to operate primarily offline. By default, we do not collect personally identifiable data.
However, we may collect a random, anonymized device identifier provided by Apple. This identifier is used solely for aggregated promotional statistics, such as active installation counts. You can disable this collection at any time via the Settings menu within the app. When disabled, no data is collected.
When users connect to third-party MCP servers or APIs, data may be exchanged directly with those services. We do not log, intercept, or analyze this traffic.
If you submit feedback through the app, we collect only the message content. Your name and email address are not collected unless you explicitly include them in the feedback message.
We also collect subscription status and purchase history as provided by Apple, solely to manage in-app purchases. We do not process or store payment information.
We use the limited data we collect for the following purposes:
To monitor app installation statistics (anonymous, opt-in only)
To manage and verify subscriptions
To respond to user-initiated feedback
We do not:
Operate any backend servers or data storage
Use or collect identifiable personal data
Share any data with third parties
All third-party APIs and MCP endpoints are user-configured. Any data transmitted is strictly between the app and the selected external service.
All data processed by Privacy AI remains on your device or in your personal iCloud storage, if you enable iCloud syncing. Data is protected by Apple’s on-device security mechanisms and iCloud’s encryption standards.
We do not transmit, back up, or host your data on our servers.
Privacy AI can optionally integrate with external MCP servers and third-party APIs, which you configure. AcmeUp Inc. does not provide, proxy, or monitor these services. Please consult each service’s privacy policy independently.
When using iCloud Sync, Apple’s privacy policies apply. AcmeUp Inc. has no access to your iCloud data.
Privacy AI does not use cookies, web beacons, or tracking technologies.
Because Privacy AI stores your data locally, retention is controlled by you. You may:
Delete chats and files within the app
Revoke access to third-party services
Remove app data through iOS settings
Privacy AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify users through the app interface or our website when significant updates are made. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your consent to the new policy.
